ShaBuYa, ShaSha, ShaBuYa, RollCall. ShaBuYa, ShaSha, ShaBuYa RollCall.
We are St. Marg's, Yeah
We fight so strong, Yeah
And when we do it, Yeah,
You gotta bring it on.
ShaBuYa, ShaSha, ShaBuYa,
Break it down now.
I know its really kind of late to post about camp now. I mean, its Monday again and camp was last week. I think I really had quite alot of fun. Besides the jumping and screaming of the frog thing. And crying cause of that. Uhm, it was fun on the whole. Guess what? I destroyed 2 pairs of shoes. I'm like the destroyer of all shoes or something. Muahah, stay away.
Yeah, we did alot of height elements and stuff. Like, Zipline, Abseiling, Walking suspended in air.
We did loads of muddy things too. Like, MiloPond, Kayaking, Nightwalk, AnimalCall. I think I liked the SingAlong the most. The trainers are superr comical. Can just laugh at the way they act.
I think I really did learn some things from this camp. It was rather beneficial I guess. For example, like being thankful for everything that I have been given. I mean, its a camp so none of us were given the luxury of bathing like how we do at home. Everyone is given less than 5 minutes. And cause of other who took their own sweet time, there were people who were unable to take their shower until late midnight. Its cold, freezing in fact. Yes, what else?
I also learnt that we should give our best in whatever we do. I guess thats something applicable in my own life. Like, when doing daily devotions, don't be distracted. When in class, listen attentively. Those basic things that should be done without having to "lift a finger" but yet there are so many who struggle. I'm one of them I must admit. Tend to get distracted, want to do other things. You know. But yeah, I guess when you really give your best. Thats when you really realise how much better you can do.
I lost it last year and I'm not going to attempt it again. I won't let it slip through my fingers anymore. I can do better than this. I can, I must, I will. Strength to get through each day. And that strength will come from God, and God alone.
Samantha!
