It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it,
But it's also true that we don't know
What we've been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love
Is never an assurance that they'll love you back!
Don't expect love in return;
Just wait for it to grow in their heart
But if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours.
It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone,
An hour to like someone,
And a day to love someone,
But it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
I got this from the uhmm, email that Jem sent me.
I guess what really "spoke" to me was contentment.
Not expecting to get back what you have given. But its quite sad, if you don't get it back.
I mean, not in the context of love or relationship stuff.
But even in normal school life. Like, giving your best but yet the outcome isn't what you expected. Okay, maybe I'm the only one who feels like that.
Contentment Samantha, be content with what you have. Be content with what God has given you. Accept! Accept! No point hanging on to something that doesn't exist. Right?
I make sense, do I?
For as I worship you,
You lead me to that place.
To that place,
Of divine exchange.
Crazy week. Crazy people. I think its just me. Crazy me.
You search my heart, oh Lord.
